• Service refer to the (car rental, Bike / Scooty Rental or any Travel Services), which offered for sale by us.
• Orders mean a request by you to purchase service from Us.
• Website/App refers to UttarakhandTrip.com
• You mean the individual accessing or using the Website or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the UttarakhandTrip.com, as applicable.

Customer - Your Order/Services Cancellation Rights:

All orders made by you over the UttarakhandTrip.com are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund will be applicable, In only one case if the company could not arrange the service which you order over UttarakhandTrip.com. In that case, we assured you of a 100% refund.

We will reimburse the refund within 1 to 5 business days from the day. We will use the same means of payment, you used for the order and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Also, Due to natural disaster any service is cancelled form the customer end or vendor end. the booking amount will be non-refundable.
