After freshening up, kickstart your Nainital exploration with a visit to the sacred Naina Devi Temple. Then, embark on a tour of renowned tourist attractions such as Tiffin Top, Naina Peak, Cave Garden, Bara Pathar, Lover's Point, Lands End, and Naina Peak (subject to time availability). Sattal, about 25 kilometers from Nainital, is a cluster of seven interconnected lakes. Naukuchiatal, around 30 kilometers from Nainital, is a nine-cornered lake. Nainital – Corbett (65 Kms – Approx. 2 Hrs) - After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Corbett National Park. En route, visit the Garjia Temple and Corbett Falls. The park is named after Jim Corbett, a legendary hunter-naturalist turned author and photographer, who spent much of his life in this area and played a pivotal role in its conservation. Check-in at your chosen hotel or resort. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Corbett Park Jeep Safari (Guests to pay directly) - Start your day with an early morning jungle safari at Corbett National Park (at your own expense). Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon, visit the Corbett Wildlife Museum and Dhikala, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley. Head back to the resort. Relish dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Corbett Tiger Reserve: India's first national park, nestled in the Himalayan foothills at an altitude of 3300 feet, covers an expansive area of 520 sq km. The magnificent Ramganga River flows through the park. Corbett boasts the highest density of tigers in India, along with other carnivores such as leopards, elephants, bears, and deer. Along the Ramganga banks, you can spot slender-snouted gharials and marsh crocodiles. The park offers watchtowers, elephant safaris, and jeep safaris for wildlife enthusiasts.
Corbett – Delhi (245 Kms – Approx. 6 Hrs) - After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head back to Delhi. You will be dropped off at Delhi Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
